Tom Martin

With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Thomas Albert Martin on October 22nd, 2024, at Drayton Valley Hospital. Born on April 27, 1960, in High River, Alberta, Tom was a beloved husband to his devoted wife, Patsy Martin, and a cherished father to his children, Stacy (TJ) and Jason Martin. Tom will be fondly remembered by his brother Tim Martin, along with his five grandchildren: Sy Chechotko, Logan Harding, Hailey Harding, James Martin, and Jeorge Martin. He was a man of strength and integrity, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.

He will be greeted in the heavens by his late father James Reginald Martin, mother Helen Jean Martin, and brother Roger Martin. 

Tom had a passion for his work in the shop, the exhilaration of driving his race car, and the freedom he found when riding his quad. 

In honoring his memory, memorial services for Tom will be held in the coming months. May we find solace in the memories we shared and the legacy Tom leaves behind. Rest in peace, Tom Martin.
