James Wyman Yeo, affectionately known as Jim, was born November 6, 1951 in Biggar, Saskatchewan. He passed away on September 3, 2024, at the Drayton Valley Hospital, leaving a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Jim's life was by his devotion to family. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna and four beloved children: Robert (Sarah), Riki Black (Grant), Alex Yeo (Alanna), and Rebecca Yeo (Rudy). The bond he shared with his children was evident and profound, showcasing a deep sense of commitment and support throughout their lives.

Jim was also a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren: Jaxson Wright, Britton Black, Kobie Jones, Everly Black, Urijah George, James Anderson, and Declan Yeo. His grandchildren were a source of immense joy for him, and he treasured the moments spent with each of them.

He is remembered fondly by his three sisters: Marilyn Yeo, Kathy McIntosh, and Jeannie Yeo. The connection among the siblings was strong, characterized by mutual respect and shared experiences that enriched their lives.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, James and Cauline Yeo, who instilled in him values that he carried throughout his life. Their influence shaped the man he became and the legacy he leaves behind.

A private family service will be held at a later date, allowing his loved ones to honor his memory in a manner reflective of the profound impact he had on their lives.  Jim's spirit will live on in the hearts and memories of those who knew him, forever cherished and remembered.
